FINNERO fully guarantees all of our gear against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If you have a product that has a defect please return the product to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance. If you are unable to return an item at the original place of purchase, or if you have purchased the product from FINNERO directly, please contact FINNERO directly: info@finnero.com.
FINNERO reserves the right to replace or credit defective products at our discretion. We will not cover normal wear and tear (damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal wear or aging), damage from the pet, such as chewing, incidental damage, like tearing, or wear incurred from improper sizing. Modifications, alterations, negligence or use for a purpose other than for which it was designed is also not covered. Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
