FINNERO developed a new loyalty program
With the launch of our online store for consumers, we wanted to serve pet enthusiasts even better and reward loyal users of FINNERO products.
The modern consumer appreciates personal service and valuable benefits. To meet customer expectations and provide our consumer customers with an even more positive shopping experience, we decided to establish our own loyalty program. The program is called the easily understandable FINNERO CLUB.
Joining FINNERO CLUB is completely free for customers, and being a member does not bind them to anything. Instead, club members are offered various benefits and special offers, which we communicate via social media, our website, and email.
FINNERO CLUB launched in the fall of 2023, and we are continuously developing it. We also welcome suggestions and ideas for improvement, so feel free to reach out if you have any wishes regarding the Club!
